I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1995. I originally began my career as an appraiser and then became a HUD consultant and helped rehabilitate many great 1920's Brownstones in Brookly, the Bronx, and Harlem back to their beautiful orginal condition. I moved to San Diego, CA in 1997 and began selling real estate and arranging residential loans. In 2002 I started my own mortgage brokerage 1st Financial Home Loan Services.
