People often ask me what I love most about my career, and the answer is always the same: “ I love the fact that every day is different and exciting!” Whether it be helping a newly-married couple find their first home, arranging financing for a cash-poor buyer, helping Sellers negotiate multiple contracts or assisting my team members in preparing marketing materials, each task excites me and gives me the opportunity to grow.
I am the team leader for The Home Team. As leader I am responsible for the marketing, technology and staff development functions for the team as well as servicing client needs in Fairfax, Arlington and Alexandria.
My philosophy about my work is that Real Estate is all about building relationships. Many of my clients have become friends and I love their repeat business and referrals!
