I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single family residences, commercial properties and investment/income property within the cities of Tampa, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Brandon, Riverview, St. Petersburg, Odessa, New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater and the beaches; (Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties). I am a full time "Realtor" and keep current with transactions in these areas.
Personal
I am a long time resident of the Tampa Bay area and have lived and worked on both sides of the bay. I have a BA in Biology and spent four years in the United States Navy working as a Medical Laboratory Supervisor. After receiving an honorable discharge from the USN, I spent over two decades in sales and management for a worldwide manufacturer of medical laboratory equipment. I am the owner of RP Realty Group, Inc. with a concentration in commercial, investment and residential properties. I hold a Captain's license through the United States Coast Guard and am an experienced Charter Captain, Fisherman and Scuba Diver with a great deal of knowledge of the Tampa Bay and Gulf of Mexico waterways.
