Owner Finance Buyers LLC (OFB) is a unique "outside of the box" firm specializing in real estate marketing.
OFB was founded by a former law enforcement officer whom after being shot in the line of duty in late 2003 and ultimately exiting law enforcement was brought to the financial reality that all of OFB's clients are currently faced with. Upon attempting to purchase a house he realized that his injury and 6 months of inability to work resulted a 380 credit score along with the inability to purchase anything, much less a home.
Appalled by the feeling of being treated as a second class citizen, unworthy of a real estate professional's time not including the lack of direction. His desire to find a change was born. Four years later after hundreds of successful owner finance transactions, the owner finance industry has been forever impacted.
