In the current Mortgage climate with the new guidelines for Subprime, Alt-A and Fannie Mae, Florida market experience is what counts. With over 20 years of business experience throughout the State of Florida, I know it well. I was born and raised in Miami, so yes, I am a true Florida native. I went to college at Florida State University. After living in Pembroke Pines, I discovered the Palm Beach area and have settled in the Palm Beach Gardens area for the past 13 years.
