  1. We'll meet and discuss the home you hope to find. I'll provide a list of homes and set you up with a ListingBook account so you can control the searching process, keep notes on home you like, save favorite listings and easily communicate questions and comment with me. If you view listings on this or other sites like Realtor.com that you would like to see, write down the "MLS" number and provide it to me. I'll send you links to the actual MLS listing. I'll also add it to your ListingBook account.
  2. I'll connect you with Jeff, my mortgage specialist and he'll help you to complete the mortgage application form and search out the perfect financing to suit your budget and circumstances. Having this preapproval will arm you with one of the most important negotiating tools available. (Next to me!) Once that is done, delay making any major purchases, as this will affect your credit rating and it will be checked by the lender again prior to final loan approval.
