My husband and I are private home owners, landlords, and licensed real estate agents in the State of Washington. We manage and maintain our rentals and take personal pride in providing well maintained homes to our tenants. We do our best to offer market rates and to only raise rents according to increases in expenses (property taxes, insurance policies, upgrades necessary to the home). We acknowledge and appreciate long term tenants that take good care of our rental properties. We are honest and up front with all tenants before, during and after their lease.
