RTB Construction, LLC is a family owned company. Specializing in roofing, siding, and window replacement throughout the Hampton Roads Area. Robert and Jeanie Pender started the company after Robert retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. While serving in the Navy Robert had the opportunity to speak with fellow sailors about the construction industry and he soon realized that other companies showed a serious lack of commitment.
