I'm a Native Californian. I spent my first 20 years in the San Fernando Valley, then became a Thousand Oaks resident in 1977. I love our Community. This is Utopia!
After having spent over 12 years owning and operating two High Performance Racing stores in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley , it was time to take on a new challenge. Real Estate fit perfectly. I received my real estate license in 1985 and my Broker's license in 2002. In my past 22 years in real estate I've helped hundreds of homeowners achieve their dreams.
I am honored to be able give something back to my industry while serving my fellow Realtors. I currently serve on the Conejo Valley Board of Directors at our local Association along with our five Area Regional M.L.S. . I am also extremely honored to be a California State Director for our Real Estate trade organization, C.A.R. . My committee work, along with my C.A.R. Director position help keep me abreast of new laws, technology and current Real Estate issues. I also serve on our local M.L.S. committee working to keep our Real Estate Community, current with tomorrow's technology.
My education is put to good use as Sales Manager at Century 21 Rolling Oaks helping over 50 agents in their real estate transactions. In addition to managing an office I continue to implement what I teach by listing and selling property at a top producing sales level.
I have a passion for computers and technology. I am a self taught computer nerd. I believe that we all need to embrace technology and use it for the betterment of our industry and our clients.
I believe in giving back to our community. I've been fortunate to be able to help our local food bank "Food Share of Ventura County" for the past five years. I help them create and print their various pamphlets, publications and Powerpoint presentations. They serve a vital purpose in helping to feed needy people in Ventura County. Each year, I head our office Toys for Tots Christmas campaign. Last year we were successful in donating over $3,000.00 of toys. Our goal is even higher this year. |
