We have been in the For Sale By Owner business since 1988. Our vision was to create a professional, cost effective and highly visible real estate advertising service for home owners wanting to sell their property "by owner." This vision became a reality when our publication (For Sale By Owner Magazine) was first introduced to the Hampton Roads market. Due to the amount of savings realized by both buyers and sellers, and the enthusiastic customer response, (For Sale By Owner Magazine) quickly became the leading real estate publication in the Hampton Roads market.
