Myself in today's market
In today's market it takes more than just listing a house on the MLS and waiting for a buyer.
It takes marketing the property (to pull the pin from the hay stack) You have to get the property in front of the buyers so they ask their agent to see it. If an aget picks 5 to show in one day out of 150 choices good luck getting it sold.
When a buyer finds a property of interest and asks to see it. (mission accomplished) The property is now on top.
