Combined we have over 40 years of local Real Estate experience. Our team has a unique blend of backgrounds. All four of us have worked in New Home Sales for a larger Regional Builder. While working with the Builder we operated in different capacities such as; Community Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Land Acquisition Manager and Marketing Assistant. We also have a great deal of experience in the production/construction of homes that comes in handy when working with clients that are looking to purchase an existing home or looking to purchase land and have us manage the construction of their new home. We feel our knowledge of the area and familiarity with local Builders and Contractors gives us a huge edge over other Agents. We have found that by combining our talents and pooling our resources, we are able to offer our clients the Best Real Estate Experience possible. We have been successful negotiating hundreds of transactions for our clients in the ever changing Real Estate Market. Everyone at Bauer Investment Group (BIG) attends ongoing training and education to stay sharp and learn new ways to make each and every transaction better than the last. We are also utilizing the Internet to both help our Seller's receive the exposure their home requires to SELL in any market and to educate our Buyer's and supply them with certain tools and knowledge it takes for them to find the perfect home for their families.
