O.B. Johnson, Owner/Broker of Continental Realty has held a Real Estate license for over twenty five years and has been involved in all aspects of the market. For the past ten years he has specialized in sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail buildings and land sales in the local area.
O.B. is very involved in numerous community organizations such as Temecula Chamber, Murrieta Chamber (2006 Chairman of the Board), Board Director of the Economic Development Council. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Eastern Municipal Water District, member of the Temecula Noon Rotary and past Treasurer of the organization. He is one of the seven organizers of Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley (opened September 2007) and current Chairman of the banks Advisory Board. He is an Advisory Board Member for Concordia University and has been a member of the Temecula Murrieta Group for many years. In 2007 O.B. was nominated for the Murrieta Citizen of the Year. Through his involvement in these many organizations he is well known by the leaders of the community.
Cathy Lester joined O.B. Johnson’s team at Continental Realty as a sales associate in January of 2007. She has been involved in the real estate process for several years from residential, commercial, retail sales as well as industrial sales and leasing. Additionally, Cathy possesses a high degree of online and traditional marketing skills from website design, cost per click marketing, local and natural search engine placement, magazine, newspaper, print and billboard advertising.
Cathy has been a resident of Southern California since 1998 and of Temecula since 2003. She is very active in the community and is a member of both the Temecula and Murrieta Chamber of Commerce. Cathy donates her time to local non-profit organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Oak Grove Education & Residential Facility for Children, Camp del Corazon for Children living with Heart Disease and Transplants, City of Hope Cancer Center and Race for the Cure. Additionally she was nominated as Citizen of the Year for the Temecula Valley in 2008.
