Currently residing in East Hartford, Connecticut with my wife Carola, I began my real estate career in 2001 by investing in residential rental real estate.
Beginning with only $5,000 in capital my partner and I transformed it into 35 multi family properties with 200 tenants in about a 2-year period of time. Having been involved in over 300 real estate closing transactions, overseen 100 construction-property rehabilitation projects, my passion now is to take my experience to train and develop other investors to reach their financial goals.
