Providing exceptional customer service is something you’d obviously expect from a top producing Broker. I stand by my company’s mission statement to provide not only exceptional service, but to establish an environment that is positive, responsive, and exceeds the client’s expectations.
I began my Real Estate career in 1984 with Merril Lynch Realty. Within one year I received the Rookie of the Year award. Over the course of the next four years I sold 55 homes in one small subdivision by knocking on doors and sending out newsletters to the 250 residential homes. By 1988 I had earned my Brokers License, an exceptional achievement in the small amount of time since I began working in Real Estate.
In 2008 I was blessed with opening Real Living Lifestyles Realty, a franchise of the Real Living Real Estate Company with locations in 21 states and over 2500 agents. I currently reside as the Broker/Owner of Real Living Success Realty as well as represent M & I Bank and Keystone Best and Green River Asset Management Companies in disposing of REO (bank owned) assets.
I consider myself an ambitious, optimist who’s exposed himself to opportunities that many just dream about. I’ve spent much of my time exploring every avenue of my career and grasping all the tools I needed to become the success I am today. I believe in seeking winning relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders. As a result of my personal philosophies and business integrity, I continue to achieve my goals and strive to be the best. I am also lucky to have a loving and supportive family, and I enjoy working out, martial arts and spending time with family and friends.
