Selling new homes is quite an experience, responsibilities included demonstrating and pre-selling homes before ever having a model to show basically selling dirt. I specialized in master planned communities as well as urban high-rise projects consisting of condominiums and town-homes. In my 1st year sales, I pre-sold 120 units in five weeks working out of Starbucks Mission Valley while waiting for my downtown real estate office to be built. I achieved 45 million in sales in 2004 and won the Silver Award for "Best Sales Team of the Year" at Nationals. I have my CSP designation.
My Professional Real Estate experience includes selling New Homes, Re-sales & Business Investment Properties in San Diego, Urban Downtown, Lake Marcos and specializing in 55 over, prop 60/90 and Waterfront properties. I've managed several Real Estate offices in San Diego, Palm Desert and was a Loan Representative in Marin County, San Francisco and Las Vegas.
