My name is Dave Monsour I am a REALTOR® with Prudential Bob Yost - Sites Homesale. I attended Gettysburg College and was a student athelete. I played soccer while completing my Physics degree. Sometimes people wonder why I chose the real estate business over pursuing a career in Physics. Many fail to realize that physics is all about problem solving and being creative which translates directly into the real estate field. I also coach and train a girls soccer team which traveled to Florida in the summer of 2007 to compete in the Disney Cup. I am as passionate about soccer as I am about real estate. Soccer consumed a good portion of my childhood and teenage years, but more importantly resulted in some of the best times of my life. My passion for real estate came almost immediately after getting my license when i realized the opportunities associated with the business.
