(Since October, 2005 I oversaw the successful sell-out of Legacy Villas at La Quinta for Centex Destination Properties as its broker for California, as broker-designee for Centex Homes Realty Co., as Director of Sales and Marketing and as Sales Executive for the development.) My new independent brokerage has been created to represent buyers and sellers, and homeowners and tenants in the desert resort communities of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, and the gated communities in western Indio.
