Ad Posting Terms and Conditions

We do not allow spam
By using our Ad Posting services you agree that all flyers you create will be related to the category you create them under. For example if you create a flyer under property for sale or property for rent the flyer MUST be for a property for sale or rent and not a service related flyer. We also do not allow 3rd party flyers. A member may create a flyer but we do not allow third party companies or services to create flyers on behalf of non-members. We will remove without notice any flyers that have logos or contact information of any third party company.

Member Consent
By using our site and services you agree and understand that your information will be sent to the different directories and feeds we distribute to and that once your ad is distributed to these directories we cannot guarantee removal of your ad from these directories. Additionally, you agree that ClassifiedFlyerAds.com is only acting as a transfer agent for submitting your material to other directories and accept as your responsibility to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as specified by each of those directories. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the ClassifiedFlyerAds.com Terms and Conditions as set forth here do not encompass nor extend to any Terms and Conditions that may exist on any of the directories we service.

All members who subscribe to our system or purchase our flyers agree and acknowledge that you may be contacted from others who visit your flyer ad on the different directories. We are not liable and cannot be held responsible for the type of responses you will receive, the amount of responses you will receive or the quality of responses. We are not liable and cannot be held responsible for how the different directories display or use your information.

We have the right to stop or remove ANY flyers
If we feel a flyer you create is not appropriate for ad posting, we have the right to remove it. We have the right to remove it without your permission and may do so without first contacting you.

You shall hold us harmless from and against any and all demands, claims, liabilities, causes of action, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys fees, experts fees and costs) suffered by classifiedflyerads.com arising out of, related to or resulting from any services used on classifiedflyerads.com or from any flyers created, viewed or distributed on classifiedflyerads.com and its partner sites.

Ad Posting Timeframe
We do our best to post all flyers on the various ad sites within 24 hours from the time you place your order and your ad may be posted in some directories instantly. We, however, cannot guarantee a flyer will be posted within this timeframe. The timing will depend on 1.) How back logged our ad postings are, 2.) Un-expected server or computer problems that we have no control over, 3.) The timeframe or delay that any of the ad sites may place on the posting.

Response and Ad Posting Success
We do not guarantee any type of response or successful leads on any flyer ad posts that are sent through our system. The response you receive will depend greatly on the property or service you are offering and if it appeals to the reader. The response success may vary greatly from one flyer to another.

Flyer Information
We are not liable for any information members place on any flyers they create. We do not verify accuracy of flyer information. You are solely responsible to verify all information you place on flyers your create and flyers you view from our website or partner sites we distribute to.

Federal Fair Housing Act
It is the responsibility of the member and/or Real Estate Agent that creates property flyers through our site to abide by the Fair Housing Act. The federal Fair Housing Act states it is illegal to advertise "any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination". If we discover a flyer breaks the Fair Housing Act, we will delete the ad without notice. We do not however check all flyers and it is not our responsibility but instead the members responsibility to abide by the Fair Housing Acts.

Flyer Ad Display and Design
We will post your ad and images as you created them on classifiedflyerads.com but we have no control over how the end result will display on the various directories we submit to. Some of the directories may display your ad within their directory format. We have no control how the different directories will display or change your ad after we post it.

Flyer Syndication and Ad Longevity
Our system sends all ads to the various directories but we cannot guarantee that all directories will display your ads. We cannot guarantee how long your ad will stay in the various directories. Lifetime of your ad will depend on the different directories. We also do not guarantee that the different directories will keep your ad active or will not delete it. The different directories have their own rules and terms and may remove your ad if it does not abide by their rules. It is your responsibility to research their terms and consider their terms when creating your flyers.

Termination
We have the right to terminate your account at anytime. We have the right to terminate any flyers at anytime.

Disclaimer Of Warranties
You agree to use the site and service at your own risk. The site and services are provided "As Is". We do not guarantee that the site or services will be free of problems, errors or bugs. Any information or files you download from the site are downloaded at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data.
