Jolita commenced her real estate career as an office administrator for a large multi-national real estate company.  She honed her skills as an Information Technology manager specializing in Real Estate e-commerce and various tools for sales associates, providing them education on how to set up their web presence, advertise their listings via the Multiple Listing Service and through various tools offered by local and state associations.

She continued thiseducation after receiving her sales and broker's license providing education on state laws and technology tools via her local association and throughout the state - teaching Graduate Realtor Institute classes for the state and writing her own educational materials providing continuing education credits for sales associates and brokers.
