I'm a country girl at heart. I was born and raised on a beautiful homestead where we grew almost everything we ate. My father's weekend hobby was fishing. He built his own boat and on weekends he and his friends would harvest fresh fish, crabs and lobsters. My mother was an excellent cook. Every meal, however simple or elaborate, was done to perfection. It was not unusual to have four to five different dishes on the dinner table. In my youthful summer years I was a beach bunny.

I became "city-fide" in my high school years. Swore I never wanted to have anything to do with homesteading ever again. Now with grown children and grandchildren I try to improvise my suburban-living lifestyle with homesteading concepts as part of my legacy to my grandchildren.

My oldest daughter and family reside in Long Beach, California. My second daughter and family reside in Kailua, Oahu and my son and his family reside in Kaneohe, Oahu.

We are a family of military and police officers. My husband is an ex-submariner, U.S.S. Robert E. Lee. He is now a senior computer engineer specializing in servers. One daughter and two son-in-laws are police officers. My other daughter is an RN and our son is an electrician. One son-in-law served in the U.S. Army and our son with the Hawaii National Guard.

I am a general brokerage realtor licensed to practice statewide. The two islands that I especially enjoy applying my real estate expertise to is Oahu (where I reside) and the Big Island of Hawaii (my favortie island).

I am of Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, English & Irish descent. My lineage stems back to the 1700's.
