If you are selling a home, I will meet with you to discuss my selling action plan, provide you with the the current market knowledge needed to price your home correctly, advise you of any changes that can be made to make your home more attractive to today's savvy buyers, and answer your questions and concerns. Together we will journey to the closing table.
If you are buying a home, we will discuss your criteria, answer your questions about the buying process and provide you with a steady stream of homes meeting your criteria. We will tour homes of interest and when we find THE one we will journey together to the closing table!
