Kevin is a native of Nashville and a graduate of the University of
Tennessee with a B.A. in Psychology.  Kevin joined with Nina
Kestner, his mother, to become partners in real Estate after a
career in psychology working with at risk children and the State of
Tennessee. Kevin has been working with buyers and sellers of
property since 2004 and specializes in residential investment
properties including multi-family, foreclosures, and new
