EXPERIENCE
Before embarking upon a career in Real Estate, I was in Web Development and Marketing for several years. I started my first Company at 26 years old, and have continued my entrepreneurial pursuits ever since. I now own and manage several companies, all Real Estate related. I have extensive experience in Real Estate Development, particularly in land acquisition and entitlements, and residential multi-family construction. I have assisted partners and clients in the development, purchase and sale of over $14 million of real property, and over $2.1 million in water rights over the past few years. I produce results. I am passionate about real estate, and committed to mine and my client's success. I truly enjoy EVERY aspect of my career. I am living my dream! It is very exciting to be a part of helping others to realize their real estate dreams as well.

EDUCATION
I studied Economics and International Affairs at the University of Colorado at Boulder, with an emphasis is Latin America. In 2004, I enrolled in Jones Real Estate College in Denver, and received my Real Estate license shortly therafter. I attend numerous real estate conferences and sales courses every year. I am always on the cutting edge of sales strategies and new marketing technology. I plan to enroll in courses to become a licensed EcoBroker late 2010.

I am a REALTOR, member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), and member of the Denver Board of Commercial Realtors (DMCAR).
