- This foaming cleaner kills mold and mildew and softens the dirt and grime that can then be rinsed off using a lower pressure than would have been necessary otherwise.
- This phase also opens up the pores of the wood, a key preparation for the next step.

- Step 2 is the application of the penetrating wood protectant with semi-transparent cedar toner
- We flood on the product using an airless sprayer to assure the volume of product necessary for proper protection
- We follow that immediately with proper back-bushing to help work the protectant into the wood and control dips and runs.
