We have been in the Real Estate business since 2003 and as entrepreneurs have successfully operated our own business in Real Estate Research and Development including investing, rehabilitating older and neglected homes and buying/selling real estate.

The fact that we are husband and wife working as a team has proven to be an advantage both to us as well as to our clients.  We have more flexibility and accessibility than most other agents because there are two of us.  Our competitive nature forces each of us to be more successful in all our endeavors which results in more listings and faster closings.

We began in Real Estate by rehabilitating houses so we know first-hand the importance of selling properties quickly. Our success is directly linked to our marketing skills and our ability to perceive what buyers want in homes. As investors we have bought and sold several homes, therefore, we know what to look for and what to avoid.

Most importantly, we have placed first time buyers into homes, which is always very exciting and rewarding to both the buyers and us. We believe that homeownership is still one of the best financial investments a person can have.
