Before entering the Real Estate profession, Tatchi was a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM, and in his 23 years of service there, he became an inventor and held numerous technical leadership roles. He has been awarded many Outstanding Contribution & Technical Achievement Recognition Awards, and instrumentally contributed to three patent inventions. The technical thinking and problem solving skills acquired during his career at IBM uniquely qualify Tatchi with outstanding ability to excel under pressure. His experience as technical leader and role player also prepared Tatchi with great instincts to multi-task, direct, and educate while being attentive to the details and his clients’ needs. Forming a strong understanding between his client and himself is essential to his business practice as a REALTOR.
