E.D. Miller Appliance Service Inc. has added a Facebook business page to offer coupons and more to its customers.
In March 2012, E.D. Miller Appliance Service, Inc. began a new Facebook business page for its customers.
In addition to posting coupons for customers to use with at Miller Appliance Service, the Facebook page has on page videos of issues they deal with everyday, such as automatic dishwasher residue of food and detergent. They have an announcement of the launch of their mobile web site and a mention of the coupon on the mobile site for customers who visit it.
The Facebook page has a link to a video about hidden hazards in new modern electronically controlled appliances. Currently, about 50% of appliance fires are caused by the appliance, not by lack of maintenance or misuse by the owner. The video included tips from Consumer Reports about things to do and things to check to improve your safety.
The new Facebook page also has links to one of the firms marketing web sites with its articles for the customer to have tips and items to check before calling in an appliance repair expert. There is also a link to a video about tips for being green, including but not limited to appliances.
