In today's housing market many people are looking for Rentals for a variety of reasons.  In an effort to accomodate those searching for rentals in the Smyrna Vinings and greater Cobb County, Ga area we have created a webpage dedicated to that need.  We now list all the rentals in the Smyrna, GA; Vinings, GA; Mableton, GA; and greater Cobb County, Georgia area that are listed on the Multiple Listing Service.  Part of the reason for accomodating this need is the large number of phone calls we receive, but more importantly the calls from those who have been scammed when attempting to rent a property through sites that list homes via ads placed online that have not engaged a Real Estate Agent to list their property for rent.  One such call in particular sparked us to create this web page...a potential renter called me, the Owner and Broker of Lantier Realty in Smyrna, GA, and asked if I knew what she could do about retrieving a substantial deposit she sent through the mail for a security deposit and first months rent through what appeared to be a legitimate ad placed online on a well known national website where anyone can place a rental listing.  I had to give her the unfortunate news that she was most likely scammed into giving the money to a straw owner.  The web page that we have created lists ONLY those rentals that have been listed legitimately by Real Estate Brokerages on  legitimate Multiple Listing Services to which most Real Estate Brokerages belong.  Although there are many legitimate listings on sites that are not derived directly from Multiple Listing Service Companies, a much safer source are those listed and derived from  legitimate Multiple Listing Services such as The First Multiple Listing Service, Inc., which we utilize in the Atlanta Metro area.  It is our effort to better serve our communities in obtaining legitimate Rental listings.  We wish you success in your search for a Rental in the Smyrna...we are here to assist you.  Here is the link to Single Family~Townhomes~Condos Rentals
