Reaching your goals and a simple way on how to get there:
There is a lot of steps involved in reaching any goal believe it or not.
Most of us do not realize it because we just go along and follow what the next person is doing.
Kind of like a robot at times, right?
We go to pre-school and then onto kindergarten and then onto middle school and then onto high school and then off to college.
And, on and on and on...
Isn't that pretty much the standard?
Well, what happens when some of us come up with our own ideas about our lives and living standards?
We have to make a goal or many goals to fulfill that idea and most of us get stuck with "how do I do that?" and excuses not to make it happen.
However, there a some of us that say "what the heck?" and "I'm going to go for it and make it happen".
Once that decision is made, Now you must make goals to make it happen. Right?
You should always set your goals one at a time. Prioritizing your goals will be crucial to reaching them.
The reason why I state that is because if you are trying to reach 3 goals at the same time, you are going to work 3 times as hard with almost the same results.
Example:
You would like to make an additional $300 a month so that you can get the car that you need.
The first objective is to find a way to make the extra $300 and not to get the car.
So with this being said, your first goal is to find a way to make that extra $300.
This is goal number 1 and the one that you want to start with.
Write a list of your options and choose the option that is best for you.
You are now making your $300 extra a month to purchase the car that you need.
Now we go onto goal number 2.
Goal number 1 was accomplished because you are now earning an extra $300 a month.
Goal number 2 is to get the car that you need.
It's time to write out a list of people that you know who are in the car business.
People you know that are mechanics, wash cars. detail, change oil, change tires and breaks or own car lots.
The important thing is to:
1. Read up on the subject
2. Find people that know the subject
3. Gain your knowledge about Your Goal.
Now you can make it happen!
Self improvement is extremely important in helping you reach your goals.
It doesn't matter if you are an employee, an executive or if you own a business.
To reach goals you have to improve upon your abilities.
It's important to learn everything there is to know about improving your life and achieving your goal.
The best way for you to reach your goal is to learn from other people.
You should look for people that were once where you are and have succeeded in doing what you want to accomplish or
a person that shares the same goals..
(Try to seek out others that are in your immediate area, if possible).
It doesn't matter if you are looking to lose weight, learn how to speak another language, be more productive in your field of work, etc...
The most important thing is to seek out others that have "been there and done that" and can help you achieve your goals without making the same mistakes as they did. Why learn the hard way when you don't have too?
Seeking out others will help you tremendously with saving you a lot of time and heart ache to get to the same results.
I also recommend to look for articles or videos that relate to your goals on the internet. There are a lot of free great resources on this subject and there are two that I recommend without any compensation are www.danijohnson.com or www.brilliantexchange.com/teleclass
Knowledge is so important to have when trying to reach a specific goal.
I find it true the statement "knowledge is power". When you have knowledge, it empowers you to move forward in achieving your goals.
To Your Success!
