I can help you create and preserve wealth by providing you the best leasing service, asset and property management services available. I can prove "good management doesn't cost, it pays!" My primary focus is to lease properties to qualified tenants, maximize income and reduce expenses resulting in a profitable investment for my clients without the day to day challenges of management.

Fees
My fees range is as follows:
6% of first year gross rent or $1,000 mininum, i.e. monthly rent $1,500 x 12 months = $18,000 x 0.6% commission = $1,080 total commission FOR LEASING SERVICES ONLY.
5% from monthly rent/lease or $80 minimum TO COLLECT RENT ONLY on a monthly basis, we deposit rent into your checking account (a la carte)
$125 to prepare 3-day notice, usually paid by tenant, I include this fee when I prepare leasing agreement for tenant to pay. (a la carte)
$595 to prepare, file & serve unlawful detainer paperwork to tenant, non-contested cases (a la carte)
15% from gross year rent for FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (great for outside area owner) as described above as Client Services for full service checked items
I work on a month-to-month basis.
Your options are: Leasing Service only 6% from annual gross rent, you can add rent collection only to leasing fees or you have the option to full service at 15% from annual gross rent and I will handle every detail. Email report will be sent out to you on a monhtly basis.
