4. Google is also a great resource for troubleshooting. Simply entering your question or error message in google will either find a solution or get you on the right track quickly.

5. Friends and family are another great resource. I often tell others regardless of someones computer experience I watch them use a computer, programs, and sites because often I learn things I did not know.
