Juniperwood Ranch is an area that covers almost 110,00 acres. This area is located approximately 45 miles North of Prescott where HWY 89A and I-40 intersect.

This beautiful area has rolling hills with grassy meadows,and hillsides with scattered pinion pine, and juniper. Brown dirt, red rocks and lots of open spaces make this area desirable!

There is limited electricity to the area, and very few wells. This is the perfect area for "green living"! Water hauling is standard with several water hauling companies to choose from.

Many use this area for vacation cabins and get aways. It is about 30 minutes to historic Williams, two hours to Sedona, two hours from the Grand Canyon, 45 minutes to Prescott, and about 4 hours from Vegas.

There is wonderful hiking, biking, motorcycle/ATV riding, horseback riding  throughout this area.
