Home Staging

First Impressions are usually made within the first 7 seconds that you meet someone.  After that you will usually have to work hard to change that impression. 

Your home for Sale is not any different.  If what they see when they first walk in is not attractive, chances are they will walk thru the rest of the home with little or no interest, or maybe just completely walk out.  That is why Staging it first is so critical.

Don't take that chance in todays market.  Staging is such a small investment compared to that first 5% reduction that agents are suggesting you take after the first 30 days.  My Staging fees start at $200.  If your home is listed at $100,000 and you take 5% off after 30 days, you do the math and tell me which is more advantageous.  GET IT STAGED FIRST!
