Relationships end everyday. Sometimes people just grow apart and decide that they do not want to be together anymore. The first step is to wait until you calm down before you do anything. Usually right after a break up emotions are running wild. You have to get past the first few days after a break up to get your emotions in check a little bit. The next step requires you to be able to think clearly so step number 1 is very important.

The second step is to quietly analyze the situation. What really happened? Do you even know what exactly caused the relationship to end?
