$8,000 Tax Credit for First-time Home Buyers
The first-time home buyer tax credit has been revisited with the stimulus plan that was signed in to law today. Gone is the $15,000 tax credit (to everyone) that was highly publicized.
But, this is a great deal for the first time home buyer! They upped the previous tax credit by $500, that was due to expire at the end of June 2009. The first-time home buyer now has an $8,000 tax credit with NO REPAYMENT REQUIRED!

FAQ: What is the best way to find a real estate agent?
GF: There are many skilled agents out there. You’re going to want someone that not only knows your local market but also has the necessary skills to negotiate the best deal for you.
I recommend that you find your real estate professional through a trusted friend or family member that had a good experience. If you are looking to buy or sell outside of Delaware, I could also refer you to a qualified real estate professional.
