HOW TO ENTER: This promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on November 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT December 15, 2007 ("entry period"). Existing members need not re-register but must ensure that their registration contains a valid contact address and phone number before their registration becomes a valid promotion entry. Non-members must register and supply valid email address, contact address and phone number entries in order for their registration to become a valid promotion entry. Registration is free and the limit is one entry per person during the entry period. A Registration entry counts a one chance for the prize drawing. Multiple entries submitted by a single person are void.

ADDITIONAL CHANCES: In addition to the chance provided through valid registration as described above, Members can add to their chances of winning a prize. Each flyer that a Member creates during the promotion time frame from either a subscription plan or “Pay Per Flyer” option will increase their chance total by one. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Eligible entrants must enter as described. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made. All entries become the property of the sponsor. DRAWING: Prize winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries by December 15, 2007. Winners will be selected in a random drawing, conducted by Sponsor, on December 17, 2007. Winners will be notified by mail and telephone on or about December 18, 2007. All prize winners will each be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within [14] days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified or if prize notification cannot be achieved will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative winner selected. Prize must be claimed by January 17, 2007 or an alternative winner will be selected.
