Fees
My fees are as follows:
6% of first year gross rent or $1,200 mininum, i.e. monthly rent $1,800 x 12 months = $21,600 x 0.6% commission = $1,296 total commission FOR LEASING SERVICES ONLY.
5% from monthly rent/lease or $80 minimum TO COLLECT RENT ONLY on a monthly basis, we deposit rent into your checking account
