JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for effectively managing the search spend as planned by director, client or agency
- Works with a search director to build the strategy and executes.
- Actively participates in organization and development of new business pitches with senior level guidance.
- Provides direction to specialists for creative development.
- Checks to ensure that campaign is tracking properly immediately after launching.
- Checks SMR for accuracy and provides analysis and executive summary for SMR.
- Submits completed report to search director for final review before being sent to Client .
- Assists in training other employees on search manager job duties and processes.
