"I love ClassifiedFlyerAds! My favorite thing about it is the ability to make professional flyers for every listing and then get the HTML code to upload it to various other Web sites. Plus, I love that you can print out your flyers from any computer at any time. The flyers look great and they are a fantastic alternative to the basic black and white listing brief that most agents use to stuff their flyer boxes. It is impressive to prospective clients to see a full color flyer with all the pertinent information about the home, plus lots of photos. (It's also tremendously impressive to be able to give the seller a Web address for their home.)

I love the tracking feature, as well. That is a fantastic tool to show my clients that their home is being viewed and how often. Home sellers want to know that their property is getting exposure and your site/product makes my job easier by allowing me to list every property on multiple Web sites and then track the activity on some of those sites. The other advantage to your site is that I can control my listings this way. Because I upload the listings to various Web sites myself, I retain the ability to go back and change/update/edit those listings at any time.
